Free cricket and football games for fans. Come back every day for a new puzzle, build your streak and challenge your friends on WhatsApp.

Two arcade games, two daily puzzles

Super Over and Penalty Shootout are quick arcade games. A round takes about a minute, so they suit a short break or the gap between overs. Both have three difficulty levels and keep your personal record on your device.

Guess the Player is a daily puzzle. Everyone gets the same mystery player each day, and you have eight guesses to find them using clues about their country, playing role and when they played. Higher or Lower is endless: keep picking which player has the bigger number and see how long your streak lasts.

Built on real rules and real numbers

The games follow the real formats. A super over is six legal balls with two wickets, as in international T20 cricket. A shootout is five kicks each and then sudden death, as in the Laws of the Game. The player numbers in the quiz games come from the same records tables we publish on the site.

That means a round can teach you something. After a game, you can look up the record, rule or player in our reference pages and read the full story behind the answer.

  • Cricket: Test runs, Test wickets, playing roles and debut years
  • Football: international goals, positions and World Cup appearances
  • Rules: the super over, penalty kicks, offside and LBW

Play fair, play anywhere

The games are free, need no account and work on phones, tablets and computers. Nothing you do in a game is sent to us: your scores and streaks stay in your own browser. Use the share button at the end of a round to challenge friends with your result.
